Why
The execution of a project requires a clear sequence of activities carried out with the appropriate resources (human, time, finance). Identifying a resource or group of resources whose priority is to follow the project reinforces the status of the project vis-à-vis all company stakeholders.
Time Frame
The timing depends on the duration of the plan and its extension.
Approach
A team of a minimum of one and a maximum of two experts, one of whom is always a senior, participates in the programme. After having detailed the action plan for each site of the plan in an objective and shared manner, the team must manage the actual progress of the activities within the time, resource and budget constraints set by the plan.
Output
Progress reports at regular intervals.
