Why
A process requires the organisation of many coordinated actors, often with different backgrounds and different priorities. Aligning expectations in terms of inputs, outputs, tools, timing is all the more necessary the more important and complicated the process to be mapped.
Time Frame
Minimum 6 maximum 10 weeks
Approach
A team of a minimum of two experts, one of whom is always a senior, participates in the analysis, research and business design. The Fair Play consultants initially map the state As Is of the process with standard methodologies (Swimlane, RACI, SIPOC) and then share a vision to be of the process shared with the relevant management. Depending on the industry of reference, we foresee the inclusion of specific industry knowledge.
Output
A summary report of the current process, key opportunities and future redesign.
