Plans are often multifaceted, challenging, and impact multiple business areas, so cross-functional oversight is necessary to have a normalized view of plan progress.
Time Frame
Timelines depend on the duration of the plan and its scope.
Approach
A minimum team of one and maximum of three experts, one of whom is always senior, participate in the program. After detailing the action plan for each site of the plan in an objective and shared manner, recursive checkpoints are set that allow monitoring of the plan’s progress.
Output
A detailed Work Progress report for each plan checkpoint, with evidence of risk and criticality advances.
