Time Frame
The project can take from a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 12 weeks, depending on the client’s complexity, size and geographic location.
Approach
The project involves a team ranging from 1 to 3 experts at maximum, with always 1 senior expert. By making their initial assessment of the innovation process, Fair Play consultants work in synergy with the client to implement a scenario analysis, followed by applying the QFD (Quality Function Deployment) approach to the selected concept, and an economic-financial analysis to assess the impacts of the proposed innovation.
Output
A detailed Product Definition report about the concept to be developed, an economic-financial analysis of expected impacts in terms of revenue and emerging costs, and consistent organizational proposal.
