The current crisis of the financial markets is, first and foremost, a crisis of trust. How can it be overcome? Through credibility…but how is this precious good created? Building a corporate, professional and human reputation, through consistent and coherent actions to highlight the company’s fairness, accountability and customer care. And investing to continuously improve products and services. This is how strongest brands and companies resist and earn the trust of clients, consumers, suppliers and the media. During a crisis the client’s wariness increases, so the will of experimenting new companies and ideas is little. People want emotions and a fair price, but they let to be guided and seduced from those who deserve their trust. This also applies to the B2B sector, where the fairness in commercial and productive procedures and in managers’ behavior reassures actual and prospective clients. Fairness always pays, the only requirements are patience and…trust.
