Two visits to the pilot stores and two weeks of analysis in the Fair Play Bizlabs, depending on the client’s complexity, size and geographic location.
The booster program involves a team ranging from 1 to 3 experts at maximum, with always 1 senior expert, analysing three to five pilot stores, identifying areas for improvement and then defining the guidelines to apply in order to improve their performance. The program covers store organization, staff (in terms of training and incentives), internal promotional campaign and traffic building.
